St Augustine, St Johns

St. Augustine and the St. Johns County area just keeps booming

St. Augustine is a city on the northeast coast of Florida. It lays claim to being the oldest city in the United States, and is known for its Spanish colonial architecture as well as Atlantic Ocean beaches like sandy St. Augustine Beach and tranquil Crescent Beach. Anastasia State Park is a protected wildlife sanctuary.

Pools are sometimes an overlooked feature of coastal Florida living. Whether you are a Florida native or from out of state, you’ll probably want the option of a swimming pool at your home. There are, inevitably, those days where you just can’t bring yourself to do anymore work. When that happens, a pool is a refreshing, low key option to relax and recharge.

Beach life is not for everyone. Sure, the view is gorgeous, but there are reasons why kicking off your flip-flops and trekking across the sand may not be ideal. I mean, the sand alone can be enough of a deterrent. I mean really, it gets everywhere. Escape the occasional bout of oppressive heat and cool off in the water. But wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to go to the beach and could just hop in the crystal-clear waters of your own backyard pool oasis created by Caribbean Pools and Spas?

Did you know that there was giant swimming pool in the heart of downtown in the building we now call The Lightner Museum? True story.

A swimming pool provides the perfect alternative to the beach. There are certainly benefits to enjoying a dip in a swimming pool no riptides, no wildlife. Which means you can play sharks and minnows without actually having to worry about, well, sharks and minnows.

Having a swimming pool in your backyard is a luxury many peoples dream of adding.

St Johns County is one of the best places to live Florida.

If you’re considering a move to Northeast Florida or just looking for a refreshing change of scenery and a beautiful area called the First Coast, then St. Johns County should be high on your list of areas to live in.

St. Johns County was recently voted one of the best places to live in the United States. With that in mind, moving to a community such as St. Augustine, Nocatee, St. Johms, World Golf Village or Ponte Vedra could be just the kind of change you’re looking for.

The Nocatee Lifestyle

Nocatee is one of the bestselling communities in America, and the number one place to call home on the First Coast. Nocatee is a coastal community that blends a variety of neighborhoods with schools, parks, recreation, offices, shopping, restaurants and so much more. Located in world renowned Ponte Vedra, Florida, Nocatee is just a few minutes away from pristine beaches, golf courses, business parks and major airports in downtown Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Nocatee is more than a community, it’s a lifestyle.
